Designed and printed at the Grenfell Press in Chelsea in New York City, on cotton rag paper made by J. Barcham Greene. Michael Bixler set the text in Centaur and Arriighi. Bound by hand by Caudia Cohen. Includes the original Italian text, facing translations, and the musical score. A beautiful book.
