The second collection of laws, (after the 1823-1824 edition), there being no session in 1822. Provenance: signed by Agustín Guerrero on the front pastedown. Agustín Guerrero (1817-1902) was President of the Provisional government of the Republic of Ecuador from 14 January 1883 to 5 October 1883 along with three others after the overthrow of the dictatorship established by General Veintemilla.
