Written by Daniel Ober on November 15, 1819 from New Boston, Massachusetts to his brother William in Beverly, MA. Brief letter, essentially an itemized list of what needs to be sent to New Boston from Beverly. "Dear Brother, I take this opportunity to rite these few lines to you, to let you no that we are all well and I hope these few lines will find you so....Mom has sent down one buch of spacel yarn for you to sell and one scane of red yarn for to make a Navy pare of stockins. Mom wants you to git hur one yard of cambrick to make some every day caps and half pound of ginger and one quarter of cinnamon, and one pound of raisins, and the remained on cotton wool, and send them up by Joseph Manning...."
