October 16, 1727. Lease agreement between Edward Hutchinson (1668-1752) of Boston in the County of Suffolk, to James Stinson (1679-1749) of Georgetown (originally from Ireland) in the County of York (later Maine) for a farm house, barn, and 20 plus acres of land. Any improvements Stinson makes with be assessed by three unrelated parties. Stinson appears to have sold 68 acres the following year. Signed by Stinson.
