"Poll-book of the election, held on the Second Tuesday of October, in the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty four by the qualified electors of Lancaster County State of Pennsylvania, being in actual Military Service, under the requisition of the President of the United States, in Company H, of the Two Hundred & Third Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteers held at the Head Quarters of said Company in the 203 Regt (on Chapin's farm, Va)...."

Contains oaths of judges and clerks, names, signatures & townships of the 31 electors, tally papers & returns of the election for the various offices. Uncommon. We located two at auction in the last 25 years. OCLC shows holdings at four libraries: UC Santa Barbara (4), Va. Tech, West Va Lib., LCP (blank); also at Penn St. Hist. Museum (6), Gilder-Lehrman Inst (1).
