Received of John Wilkins....by Isaac Craig ... $14.12 in the full for the above account Duplicate. Signed by Pittsburgh Postmaster, George Adams, who served from 1796-1801. Text beneath his signature in a different hand:partially reads "to whom were these letters/ were they to the Commander in Chief...."
