Jeanie Thomas Gould Lincoln (1853- 1921), born in Troy, New York, American woman author of romances and children's books who also published under the pen name "Daisy Ventnor." Marjorie's Quest was the second of her six novels. She was elected a member of the Society of American Authors in 1899.
