47th Congress, 2d Session. House of Representatives. Report No. 1863. Examines the false claims of Thomas J. Majors of Nemaha county, who was nominated as a contingent representative from Nebraska, which claimed that it was underrepresented because there were serious faults with the census of 1870. Majors presented an 1874 census as an 1872 census thus deceiving Congress. Scarce. OCLC shows only a single copy at Georgetown.
