St. Louis, 24 Dec. 1844," showing proposed channel cuts and dredging projects for the basins and approaches to the harbor front, intended to improve access to the harbor during periods of low water. Shows a portion of the Dubuque street grid and selected major buildings. Relief shown by hachures. Depths shown by soundings.
