Allan (of Kentucky), from the Select Committee, to which the subject had been referred, made the report. 24th Congress, 2d Session. [Rep. No. 96.] Ho. of Reps. Extends the provisions to the soldier who served in wars from the peace with Britain in 1783 until to the treaty of Greenville "with the Indians" in 1795. Notes that at least 1500 "persons either inhbitants of Kentucky or emigrants to that country" were killed or enslaved dduring that period of time. Scarce. OCLC shows only one holding in paper.
